A half-day course focusing on how to deal with challenging and potentially violent situations both on the phone and face to face. This interactive and entertaining course covers the Conflict Resolution national syllabus as stipulated by the NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service. Although designed for those working on the front line, all PAs no matter where they work would benefit from this training.
